Our Practice

Robert D. Lin earned his J.D. from Loyola University in Chicago in 1996. He began his law career as an attorney for Ernst & Young, and later moved on to co-establish Lin & Song, Ltd. This vast experience in real estate and estate planning law enabled him to open his own practice in 2009.

We have offices at four different locations in the western and northern suburbs of Chicago in Naperville, Oak Brook, Oak Park, and Deerfield, ensuring we can meet your legal needs wherever you may live in the Chicagoland area.

Our practice has a long, storied history of working with clients from diverse backgrounds, serving clients from every continent in the world. Currently, our offices work with numerous clients from China seeking legal services.
